Northampton – Peacock Place

Project Brief.

This is an 80,000 square foot multi-level, in-town shopping centre anchored by Next. In this instance we were asked to advise the Finance Provider upon available letting and development strategies, while exploring practicalities and costs. Subsequently, service charge and operational costs were, as with all WD projects, thoroughly analysed and significantly reduced. The advice was that the property be placed in administration. WD assisted the receiver in the sale of this asset.
