Project Brief.

WD was asked to assist with this office and industrial park which required extensive management input to set up core operational controls, legal arrangements and complete final building works to obtain construction sign off. The management process commenced after the administration of the property and significant sales and lettings have been achieved.

More recently WD advised and assisted upon the debt purchase related to the Park on behalf of a syndicate of investors. WD continues to be highly involved with this asset.
